Miko’s journey started with an apprenticeship in 2002 where he began to specialize in commercial store and restaurant construction. Focusing on millwork production & manufacture from shop fabrication to on-site installation. With projects spanning coast to coast in Australia and expanding globally to locations such as Singapore, Miko would oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring every detail was meticulously executed transforming empty spaces into thriving businesses.
After making the move to Banff in 2007, he refined his skills in high-end millwork and finishing, which lead him to become a project manager in the residential and commercial industry. His portfolio now boasts a diverse array of projects in Banff, Jasper, Canmore, Calgary, and Edmonton, building long-lasting client relationships along the way. Miko is a sought-after leader in the industry, entrusted with realizing his clients' visions with precision and excellence.
Beyond RAM Projects + Renovations, Miko finds solace in the backcountry, immersing himself in outdoor activities year-round, whether it's ski touring or fly fishing. He cherishes his humble lifestyle and feels profoundly grateful for the mountain town he proudly calls home.

Adrian is a self-proclaimed professional student originally from Ontario. He thrives on learning and exploring the exciting things that life has to offer. While at a conference in Banff in 2005 he and his wife were overwhelmed by the beauty of the mountains and abundance of outdoor activities they had to offer. So, they rationally decided to sell almost everything and begin a new chapter in Banff.
Leaving his livelihood in corporate finance behind, Adrian entertained a short culinary career at the Banff Springs Hotel. After trading in his chef whites, he hit the desk jobs once again in various finance roles at the Banff Mineral Springs Hospital and ultimately as a self-employed bookkeeper.
The desire to become a carpenter struck Adrian in his mid-forties while bookkeeping for a general contractor. It seemed like a good time in his life to take on a dusty, physically demanding vocation when he was statistically “over the hill”. It’s the variety of work, the breadth of the skills required and the challenges of new projects that makes renovations a fulfilling “day at the office.”
When Adrian isn’t swinging the hammer or keeping the accounts in order, you’ll find him cruising the trails on two wheels, two skis or two feet, otherwise he’s most likely anchored to the corner of his kitchen whipping up something good to eat.
